8 English Springer Spaniels all hand drawn and hand painted with acrylics...loved painting this picture, they all have such characters and loved painting them especially their eyes and fur. Surprising how different each one is even when same breed, really enjoyed this picture and meeting the dogs; always a pleasure. With Hattie i went by two pictures as one photo was when quite young and Maggie wanted me to use a bit from both as didnt want the young hair so made more smoother like the others and more like the latest shot she had taken of Hattie, shown in the other photo. Was a surprise pressie for her Husband and to hear and see both of their reactions was amazing and so lovely as quite something special when you see their face and emotions! They are a lovely couple and i was so pleased that they expressed such admiration and great compliments such as how i have captured their much loved family members with much delight!...they said they will be showing it off which is a great compliment! I hope it will bring them much pleasure.
